On our May 24, 2014 show we were blessed to speak with someone who has started and organization to care for those who protect our freedom every day. John Rocca and his wife Wendy Rocca started Operation American Soldier to support and encourage our Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Airmen/women of the US Armed Forces. They send care packages to ensure their goal and "Let no soldier walk away from a mail call empty handed."
This great organization has provided more than 1000 members of the Armed Forces with support from home. Each box contains an assortment of snack, beverages, coffees/teas, books, magazines, toiletries, letter of support, games and other fun items.
