Have
you ever felt that the person you have fallen in love with has now become a
stranger? You wake up to this person
every day, but now when they roll over you don’t recognize them anymore. They walk by and you can’t feel that same loving
vibe they once emitted. It used to be so hard to keep their hands of you, now
it’s impossible to get them to touch you.
How do we keep that love and
alive? How do we maintain that fire in our relationship so that it doesn’t burn
out? These questions and feelings arise
in a lot of our relationships. Being
active in your relationship is something that some of us forget. You cannot allow yourself to grow comfortable
with one another. You must work at your
relationship with the same energy and enthusiasm now as when you first met.
Complacency will destroy even
the strongest relationship. Be
spontaneous on a random Tuesday night. Go
somewhere that you both have never been. Surprise them in the morning with some
spontaneous sex. While they are taking a shower right before work, hop in and
join them. A relationship is a job and
you must treat it as such. Those who are
overachievers become Employee of the Month. Those who underachieve will
eventually be fired. Do your job. No one wants to get fired on their day off.
